What is the demoscene?
The demoscene is a worldwide non-commercial network of creative minds involved in the making of so called ‘demos’. Demos are computer generated music clips that show what kind of graphic and sound effects can really be done by using high-end computer hardware to its full potential.

About the campaign „Art of Coding“ Art of Coding was initiated by Tobias Kopka (Conference Director Ludicious and founding member of Digitale Kultur e.V. ) and Andreas Lange (Secretary of EFGAMP e.V. ). The campaign is internationally coordinated regarding institutions by EFGAMP e.V., regarding the national application in Germany and the demoscene by Digitale Kultur e.V. First partners included Neogames Finland, the Hub of the Finnish Game industry and the Finnish Museum of Games in Tampere. https://demoscene-the-art-of-coding.net | Hashtag: #ArtofCodingAbout EFGAMP e.V. EFGAMP is the E uropean F ederation of G ame A rchives, M useums and P reservation P rojects.
